All Out Dance
Reina grew up dancing from a very young age for Reflections In Dance. She had many opportunities to dance at major concert venues such as Jones Beach and PNC Bank Arts Center. The training Reina received at Reflections helped her secure a dance and academic scholarship at Adelphi University as a Dance Major. Here she studied under many world renowned dancers such as Frank Augustyn, the principal dancer of the National Ballet Company in Canada, Leda Meredith, who was personally trained by Jennifer Muller, and Sharon Wong a member of the Alvin Ailey School. After obtaining her Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree from Adelphi, Reina returned to Reflections In Dance as an instructor alongside her childhood dance teacher and mentor Nicole Donlon. A few years later, Nicole unfortunately lost her battle with breast cancer and Reina took with her everything she learned. She worked on building a dance community and fostering an environment of love, passion for dance, hard work, team building, and most importantly a sense of belonging and family. She proudly opened All Out Dance with these morales in mind and is motivated to share this with the next generation of dancers to come!

Alexa's goal for teaching is to guide her dancers to apply what they learn in dance to class to every part of their life in efforts to become expressive, good human beings. In Alexa's class, her dancers are encouraged to find their authentic movement by the comfortable and non-judgemental space she demands. In her class, everyone is seen, heard, and given equal attention. Alexa's goal is for all of her dancers to realize the amazing potential they have inside of them and to help them reach their goals by moving from a technical and story-based perspective.
While Alexa isn't dancing, you will find her giving personal training and nutrition coaching to her clients in her company with her brother, AnnesePT Services, prepping for her YouTube channel, or working on her reels to send out to broadcasting networks.
